Original Shanghainese Drunken Chicken

Tender and fragrant. The meat is soft yet firm, it is also light in taste.

Crispy Golden Prawn Pancake

Another classic of Din Tai Fung, a layer of prawn paste thinly coated with a batter fried till it is extremely crispy. It is then sliced into thin strips for easy consumption and enjoyment.

Yam Paste wrapped in Crispy Spring roll

The crispy yam strips is really special because it has sweet yam paste within the long and crispy thin strips. This is not a common dish in Singapore and an innovative dish. As much as it being an unique dish, the combination worked very well and tasted familiar and homely.

Deep-fried Handmade Tofu with Water Chestnuts & Mushrooms

It hardly tasted like tofu, likely because of the addition of water chestnuts and mushrooms that made it hard to decipher this dish. With an interesting texture and taste, it is worth to give it a try.

Steamed Pork Xiao Long Bao

A classic and loved by many loyal customers of Din Tai Fung. Everything about it is perfect with regards to the thickness of the skin, the amount of pork and the juice.

Steamed Truffle & Pork Xiao Long Bao

A level up the ordinary Pork Xiao Long Bao, you can see black bits inside as shown above. If you favour everything with truffle, it might just be your new go-to Xiao Long Bao.

Fried Rice with Shrimps & Eggs

Flavourful rice with the flavour of the fragrant egg and really fresh prawns. Kudos to the prawns used because we could really taste how sweet and fresh it was. With a simple dish made so deliciously, you know the skills of the chef is impressive.

Steamed Layered Red Date Cake

A beautifully layered cake that is chewy and easy to eat without the cake sticking onto your teeth.
