Chinese New Year Golden Duck with Kam’s Roast

Kam’s Roast, a Michelin Star holder, kept its restaurant just like how it was when it first started. The small 36-seater stall serves as a tribute to the Mr Hardy Kam’s grandfather and father, allowing families and friends to bond over good and affordable food in a cozy environment.

Kam’s Roast Golden Duck (S$88)

First-of-its-kind dish in Singapore, it uses the same recipe for Kam’s Roast’ signature roast duck. Their roasted duck is roasted to perfection with their secret marinade and their sauce is distinctly different from the usual. For the Golden Duck, 22-carat French gold flakes are sprinkled on the thin and golden brown skin. The Roast Duck was my absolute favourite because the meat was really tender and juicy. Get their vegetables too because I would say it was really easy to bite it off and will not be dangling around your mouth. I assure you.

Kam’s Roast Prosperity Trio (S$108+)

You can enjoy a whole signature roast duck, iberico char siew and pork at home along with your other dishes you have prepared for your family and friends. It can feed to about 4-6 people at a package price of S$108+ instead of the usual ala carte price of S$123.60.

Cured Lean Pork Sausages & Cured Liver Sausages (S$28 each)

Cured lean pork sausages taste similar to the one that I always eat from Hong Kong. I think it means that it is pretty good and authentic. Cured Liver Sausages was special and a little foreign to me when I ate my first slice. Readers, you can also try these sausages especially the liver sausages even if you are scared.
