A really fancy Chinese restaurant with a stage and a large screen at the front playing one of the recorded concert by a Hong Kong singer. The whole time I was dining at Silk Road, I was enjoying the whole show like I was at the concert in real life.

Appetiser: Fried Scallop Stuffed with Yam Paste, Crispy Soft Shell Crab and Fruit Salad
Soup: Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Conch Meat and Dried Scallop
Soups that requires long hours of cooking and much care are sure to taste good with contain full of nutrition. There is also so many ingredients to eat in the soup.
Main Course: Steamed Blue and Cod Fish Glazed with Dried Scallop
Main Course: Braised Fish Maw and 6 Head Abalone in Brown Sauce
Abalone time! Very chewy and goes well with the brown sauce
Main Course: Spicy Chicken Fried Rice in Shrimp Paste Flavour
Dessert: Couble Boiled Peach Gum and Hasma with Fungus and Papaya
