The newest Beauty in The Pot outlet has opened in the west at The Star Vista and settled just right next to Le Shrimp Ramen. In conjunction with this opening, the brand will collaborate with its sister company Le Shrimp Ramen to offer a hearty shrimp broth at the new outlet for a limited time only.
This is the first time that Beauty in The Pot is launching a new seasonal broth apart from its six signature broths available. The broth is a signature offering of Le Shrimp Ramen. Fresh big prawns are baked at 180°C for 45 minutes, hand-grinded to a fine texture, then simmered for more than eight hours with premium conpoy for an umami note. Also added to the luscious stock is a blend of spices such as star anise, cinnamon, clove and white peppercorn.
With the addition of fresh clams, the rich and flavourful broth is enhanced with natural sweetness of the ocean. Available for a limited time only, the hearty shrimp broth (S$28 for single pot, S$15 for twin pot, S$9 for quart pot) will promise a refreshing experience even for long-time diners.
Below are some of the recommended ingredients that you can order to try as they are really fresh. Even if you are a lazy eater that dislike all the fuss of getting your hands dirty, peeling the prawn. At Beauty In A Pot, you will have staff peeling the prawns neatly using clean utensils.
The space is extremely sophisticated with clean cut designs and despite having blue as its central colour, it still eludes a feminine charm.
There is also a children’s playground, so that the adults can enjoy the food while the kids enjoy their playtime.
