We are excited to present to you Nesuto Patisserie’s “The Enchanted Winter” High-Tea Set that will available till 31st January 2019 daily from 12pm-5pm. The Enchanted Winter High-tea set comprises of sweets and savouries, and comes with a pot of refillable tea of the customers’ choice. Each Enchanted Winter High-tea set costs S$70.80 and reservations have to made at least 1 day in advance.
One is recommended to start from the bottom of the 3-tier set onwards up to fully enjoy your high tea session. The bottom layer is Salmon Beetroot Basket and Chicken & Mushroom Tartlet. The Salmon Beetroot Basket is filled with cooked salmon flesh in the middle of the crunchy basket while the Chicken & Mushroom Tartlet has a strong mushroom flavour. Following which, we have the middle layer that will fill up your stomach a little more with a hearty Chicken & Egg Mayo Croissant and Tomato & Onion Tarte Flambé.
Now, we finish it up with a sweet note with Brandy Fruit Cake, Strawberry Tart, Milk Chocolate Cherry Almond Trifle, Pistachio Macaron. Most ladies will be thrilled to see this array of sweets because there each and every one is special and distinct. The colours are also reallly bright and attractive, brightening and livening the mood.
There are also Scones with Mascarpone & Homemade Berry Compote that comes on a separate plate. Personally this is a favourite as the scone is very buttery, light and smells great to eat it on its own or with the berry compote for a fruity sweetness.
It was a great high tea experience with lots of different varieties of sweets and savories that keeps you excited as you progress up the tier.
