There is everything you need here for a fun night, drinks, live bands, pool and darts. WEROCTM relaunches Drink Culture with a new menu and a trendy space. The interior has been designed to ensure all that guests have a full view of the stage and enjoy its top-notch sound system.
Resident artistes at Drink Culture take the stage every Wednesday through Friday from 8pm to 11pm. Customers’ ears and souls will be treated
to an array of live music performed by prolific local musicians. While immersed in the groovy tunes, guests can enjoy the refreshed menu offerings of 30 food items and wide range of drinks such as whisky, premium spirits, draft beers and of course, the signature cocktails.
Some of the crowd-favourites are creamy Tom Yum Seafood Pasta, Khun Thai Chicken Burger and WEROC™ Wings available in eight flavours – including Mexican Fiery, Irish Guinness and China Kung Pao. You also have to get the new daily promotion, Pacific Canadian Oysters at only $2 each, with a minimum order of half a dozen, while stocks last! They are huge, sweet and creamy.
Leading the bar is Leonard Low with 15 years of experience in the industry. To pursue his love for culinary arts, he attained a degree in Commercial Cookery in Melbourne, Australia. Armed with his expert knowledge in culinary arts and a wealth of creativity and inspiration, he brings a whole new dimension to crafted cocktails, creating a cocktail menu consisting of good old classics as well as refreshing signatures such as the Amai Yuzu Shiso.
Their pastas are very impressive and addictive. Both Tom Yum Seafood Pasta and Classic Carbonara are very creamy and full of flavour. For the Tom Yum Seafood Pasta, it has pasta, squid, mussels and prawns fully coated with homemade Thai style cream sauce. The dish is especially good as the Thai Tom Yum flavour has been successfully incorporated into this western dish. We can taste both western and thai flavours equally, without one overpowering the other. The Classic Carbonara is spaghetti with streaky bacon in garlic cream sauce. There is also Creamy Smoked Duck, spaghetti with smoked duck in garlic cream sauce, on the list of pastas at Drink Culture.
Besides the pastas, there are also burgers and the Signature WEROC™ Wings. The burgers are Khun Thai Burger and DC Char-Grilled Wagyu. Khun Thai Burger has Crispy Thai marinated chicken, tomatoes, lettuce and grilled pineapple sandwiched between brioche buns. The DC Char-Grilled Wagyu has Juicy wagyu patty, tomatoes, lettuce, cheddar
with truffle aioli all between the brioche buns. If you are looking for something light to snack on, you can get their signature wings that comes in 8 different flavours.
Drink Culture is the place to be for a relaxing, yet eventful night out. With a food menu equally attractive as the diverse drink offerings, guests will be spoilt for choice.
