Le Shrimp Ramen – Japanese inspired Chinese La Mian!

Is this Ramen or La Mian?

The answer is both! Yet another brainchild of the Paradise Group – this is Singapore’s very first Chinese La Mian served in the umami-packed and well know shrimp broth! Story goes, Paradise Group’s CEO chanced upon a specialty ramen stall in Japan and decided to recreate it upon his return. While using local ingredients and Chinese touches.

Le Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen ($19.90)

 Twister Prawn Rolls ($5.90)

The Le Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen, as the name suggests, should be your go-to dish if you are a first timer! Topped with fresh and sweet big prawns, handmade ebiko prawn paste and XL & goodness-packed prawn dumplings, it’s really, really fulfilling at every turn. Of course, the spotlight goes to the broth as well. Fresh prawns are baked at 180°C, hand-grinded then simmered for more than 8 hours with premium conpoy for an umami note. Needless to say, i cleaned the bowl up well. There’s an unexplained satisfaction and best part? You don’t feel thirsty hours later, like what you get after having local prawn mee outside.

In celebration of the grand opening of Le Shrimp Ramen, the restaurant will be offering 1-for-1 noodle ALL DAY from 7 to 9 December, 10:30am till 10:00pm (Last Order 9:30pm). Damn worth it!

The promotion is only valid for dine-in only at Le Shrimp Ramen Paragon.
