Miam Miam – Bugis Junction

French-Japanese casual cafe kitchen Miam Miam now offers small bites that are full of delights! Look out for them as their cusine marries French techniques with Japanese-inspired flavors to deliver dishes and experiences like none other!

Kicking off the round is Clam Du Jus – pretty fancy and atas name that stars sauteed baby clams with leek, onions and premium shimeji mushrooms. The glory lies in the broth, which we slurped up shamelessly in no time.

Gratin of Mushrooms is your classic hearty dish that throws in everything we love – button mushroom, roasted bacon, tomatoes all soaked in a delicious homemade gratin sauce.

The Baked Miso Honey Mid Wings was piping hot when it arrived our tables. Baked upon order, nothing less. Miso marinade was oishii,  complemented perfectly with black and white sesame. Plus the meat was so tender soft that it came off the bones easily. Lovely.

Wrapping things up was Baked Zucchini Fries – zucchini sticks coated with parmesan cheese and Japanese panko. Who said snacks had to be sinful to be enjoyable. Paired with a zesty pomodoro sauce, this defying dish will definitely rhyme well with all you calories watchers out there.
