After successful transformation, now Ash & Char has a classy and chic interior along with handcrafted cocktails and comforting fusion food to take Instagram-worthy pictures. The revamped menu boasts over thirty mouth-watering dishes, including Ash & Char’s Signature Char Siu, the award-winning Mayura Choco Wagyu (chocolate grain-fed premium wagyu cubes topped with sea salt), the famous drippy Messy Rocker burger and WEROCTM Wings. For beverages, Ash & Char offers beer, whisky and spirits alongside its specially handcrafted cocktails, appealing to the various drinking groups.
Signature Char Siu
Charred pork belly glazed with soy and honey , topped with scallions
Mayura Choco Wagyu
Knowing the backstory of how this dish came about is amusing and interesting. Cows are actually chocolate grain-fed and living on a luxurious diet for premium meat. To top it up, lightly dab your wagyu with sea salt
Tom Yum Seafood Pasta
The homemade Thai style cream sauce was thick, creamy and had that tinge of Tom Yum taste. There is also mussels, prawns and squid.
Classic Fish & Chips
Messy Rocker burger
Signature Char Siu, juicy premium beef patty, sunny side up, lettuce and sambal XO sauce in brioche bun
AC Char-Grilled Wagyu Burger
Juicy wagyu patty with tomatoes, lettuce, cheddar with truffle aioli in charcoal bun
Mentaiko Salmon Aburi Bowl
Salmon fillet with torched mentaiko, ikura and sous-vide egg. The salmon fillet is extremely soft and loaded with the torched mentaiko on top.
Ash & Char will be having a “Rice Bowls, Salad Bowls, Pasta; Tapas and Cocktails Happy Hour” promotion from 3pm to 8pm every day

They have 8 different flavours to choose from.
To pair with their trendy-looking food, they have popular brands of beer, high-end spirits and an exclusive blue wine – Santa Cruz de Alpera. It has an exquisite taste that is easy on the palette and eyes. One of the few wines that I really like out of those I have tasted.
