Newly-revamped Menu at Wine and Chef

Scallop Capellini [$28]
Fresh scallops air-flown from Hokkaido atop cold capellini in truffle and soy suace. The smell of truffle is really strong, whetting your appetite when you bring some capellini up to your nose. The combination of ikura, shallots and furikake as garnish adds fragrance, sweetness and crunch.

Pork Roulade[$24]

 Marinated with their secret five-spiced mixture, Pork Roulade is able to achieve its intense flavour. Pork belly slices are carefully rolled into a roulade, then slow-roasted to retain its juicy goodness. The roulade then goes through high heat for a perfectly crisp, crackling skin on the outside and tender and juicy meat on the outside.

Nduja Pasta[$28]

Fresh crayfish and Nduja salami, specially imported from South Italy, Calabria tossed in rich umami tomato sauce.

Linguine al Granchio [$38]

This classic pasta is irresistibly creamy and rich with freshly hand-peeled Sri Lankan crabs, crab roe, butter and parsley. On top of that, at Wine & Chef comes with crab roe for added indulgence.

Gorgonzola & Italian Ciabatta [$9]

Gorgonzola is one of the Italy’s oldest blue cheese.The popular Italian Ciabatta is slightly toasted for a crisp and fluffy centre.

Seared Foie Gras [$9]

Chef Wee’s pan-seared foie gras is well-seasoned with sea salt, pistachio and balsamic reduction on warm and toasted ciabatta. What you should look out for in this dish is the homemade apple and thyme brandy compote on the side. The compote cuts through the richness for a wonderful harmony on the tastebuds.

Venere Rice Pudding [$10]

This is really good and similar to the Putu Hitam dessert.

Wine & Chef has really unique dishes that tastes refreshing good so come down for a change from other food that you have grown accustomed to. You could also get a suitable wine for your dish, from the wide offering of wines that they have.
