Ninja Cut just turned 1 recently! In the spirit of friendship, warmth and sincerity, Ninja Cut is celebrating their birthday with a Hawaiian themed menu.
Maui Dream ($22)
On the brunch menu, Maui Dream is perfect for people who loves eggs. It has generous crab flesh and Chilli-scrambled eggs on top of well toasted croissant.
Moana Love ($18)
A poké dish. Sashimi-grade salmon is used and drenched in truffle yuzu sauce. There is another sauce option of spicy lime cilantro sauce. Onsen egg adds texture to the dish and to the quinoa at the bottom.
Unagi Burger ($22)
Flame-grilled unagi and smashed avocado between brioche burger bun. Sweet potato fries sprinkled with plum powder was good!
Happy Hula ($19)
Croissant makes an appearance again for dessert. Huge and juicy mango, passion fruit honey, fresh coconut and homemade coconut-pineapple ice cream all to go together with the crispy croissant.
This menu has been put together to bring the taste of Polynesian food in America to locals. No need to travel to Hawaii for try their food anymore, visit Ninja Cut to get a taste of it.
