Paradise Dynasty has launch its brand-new 196 seater flagship outlet at Wisma Atria. The colours for its interiors used are really beautiful and feminine, the combination of white timber, rose gold and delicate pink colours sets a warm setting.

Paradise Dynasty is known for creating Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao, the world’s first eight-colour Xiao Long Bao: featuring original, ginseng, foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, cheese, garlic and Szechuan flavours. Each xiao long bao is a hallmark of precision — it weighs 25 grams and pleated with 18 exquisite folds, the golden formula for the perfect xiao long bao. The skin is delicate and thin, yet it houses the delicious filling wonderfully.

In conjunction with the opening, Paradise Dynasty has collaborated with Beauty in The Pot to create Beauty Collagen Xiao Long Bao, which is exclusively available at the Wisma Atria outlet. The Xiao Long Bao is not available for sale and only for diners who order Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao from now only till 31 January 2019.

Paradise Dynasty has came up with a range of new dishes as well which includes the yellow croaker fish. There are 2 dishes featuring the yellow croaker fish, the Crispy Yellow Croaker Spring Roll and the Steamed Yellow Croaker with Fermented Rice and Chinese Wine (S$32.80). There is also another yellow croaker dish on the menu, La Mian with Yellow Croaker Fish and Preserved Vegetable.

Crispy Yellow Croaker Spring Roll [$9.20 for 3 pcs]

Soft and tender flesh wrapped in crunchy pastry skin. Simple yet savoury! The fish is still moist despite being having been fried to achieve such a crispy outer pastry skin.

Steamed Salted Egg Yolk Charcoal Bun [$6.20 for 3pcs]

The oozy salted egg yolk is house-made and gives off an aroma.

La Mian with Yellow Croaker Fish and Preserved Vegetable [$16.80]

The yellow croaker fish bones are deep-fried then simmered for more than three hours before combining with pork bone soup, resulting in a very strongly flavoured broth. The dish also has a lot of fresh and tender yellow croaker fish to savour with hand-pulled la mian.

Braised Tofu with Crab Roe [$22.80]

This has to go with rice! It tastes so homely and is full of crab roe and sauce to simply drench your rice with.

Lettuce Roll with Homemade Sesame Sauce ($8.80)

Rolled and compressed lettuce that you can dip into the sesame sauce, similar to your salad but in much neater and refined way.

Prawn and Pork Dumpling in Hot Chili Vinaigrette [$9.80/6pcs]

The chilli oil is flavourful and enhanced the taste of the dish with the sweetness of prawn in the plump dumpling.

Stir-fried Fresh Organic Bamboo Shoots with Bacon ($14.80)

Savoury bamboo shoots and salty bacon. The bacon adds additional flavour to the vegetable to prevent it from being bland.

Chilled Jellyfish in Soy Sauce Vinaigrette ($12.80)

Extremely crunchy with a sour taste. This dish is light on the palate as the jelly fish doesn’t absorb the sauce so you can taste the soy sauce vinaigrette dressing, complementing the dish!

Steamed Glutinous Rice stuffed in Red Date ($7.80)

This will be a favourite of many because of its combination, the sweetness of the red date and chewiness of the glutinous rice indeed makes it really addictive.

Chilled Snow Fungus with Peach Resin ($8.80)
