As the weather gets hotter, we are starting to embrace the hotter season with tropical dishes and drinks with tropical fruits and spices. This special menu will be available for a limited period from 14th March to 28 April 2019.
Cubano Sandwich [$28.95]
Pulled pork with melted swiss cheese sandwiched in a toasted roll. The portion is huge and the fries are also really generous. The spicy french fries is very addictive and nicely coated with the seasoning. I would order the meal just for the fries! There is also a side of a refreshing tropical fruit salad.
Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Skewer [$32.95]
3 heavy skewers with shrimp, pineapple, red and green bell peppers all on top of basmati rice mixed with some kidney beans.
Brazilian Chicken Bobo [$29.95]
Tender chicken that breaks apart easily with a slight tug on its meat, drenched with lots of red coconut gravy. As seen in most curries, there is sweet carrots and potatoes to savour with your chicken.
Mahi-Mahi Fish Tacos [$29.95]
A slab of pan-fried cajun mahi-mahi nestled in the tacos with mango cubes in it! The taco is relatively harder to bit into for this dish but it has a refreshing twist with mangoes to balance the fish that was a little dry.
Grilled Tuna [$28.95]
It is pretty uncommon to see grilled tuna on the menu and to get a huge piece of it at that. The tune steak is served with pineapple rice with jalapeño pineapple salsa and sweet and sour sauce
Coconut Mojito [$25.95]
Cool coconut juice is a popular choice in Singapore as it is extremely refreshing and cools down the body. With a blend of coconut rum, lime and mint and coconut soda, an alcoholic coconut drink is created.
From back row, left to right, Tropicana Cocoa [$23.95] , The Castaway [$23.95], Tropical Rum Punch [$23.95]. Lastly, we have the Pineapple Caipirinha [$22.95] at the front row.
The brownie is amazing, it has a chewy texture and does not immediately crumble to nothingness. You can actually chew it and get more and more of the chocolate while enjoying the taste with the vanilla ice cream. Phenomenal.
