The most iconic dish come every lunar new year! It’s a glorious showcase of delicacies like abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, conpoy, dried oyster, duck wing, black moss, yam, and more!! This nourishing dish always feels extra heart-warming for me for some reason.

Other outstanding dishes like the Auspicious Black Truffle Kampong Chicken, which is steamed for 1.5 hours with piquant black truffle was soooo good too! My only regret is that i didn’t have 2 stomachs to take in more of those.
