We are glad to be here at the Habitat to join Chef Sashi Cheliah in his cooking journey for the afternoon! If you do not already know, the Singapore-born Chef Sashi Cheliah is the winner of MasterChef Australia Season 10. This is his first trip back home after his historic win!
At Habitat by Honestbee, we got to see Chef Sashi Cheliah to cook his wining dish, Roasted Lamb with Puree Pea and Beer Battered Cauliflower.
So honoured and extremely blessed to try this astounding dish. The roasted lamb is so tender and full of flavour and so well balanced especially with the addition of the pea puree. The batter for the cauliflower is incredibly light and crispy.
After trying the dish, we explored Habitat and see for ourselves the hype amongst Singaporeans when it first launched to the public. The place is very organised, chic and technology oriented. First off to enter Habitat, you need to have the Honestbee application and an account with them to scan your QR code to gain access.

The aesthetics of the vegetables in wooden boxes just like in western countries.
Meat arranged according to different categories such as meat type, cuts and marinated.
Condiments and sauces all in one corner to make our lives easier.
One special air-conditioned room to house all the wines at Habitat.
There is also a few eateries to eat there if you are hungry while grocery shopping, some families come just to dine here.
Making grocery shopping more convenient and fun, breaking away from the idea of it being a chore.
Honestbee fully brought the idea of a hassle free and technology centered grocery experience to life and we get to enjoy it! This place is too cool and just wish that it was located at major shopping centres so more people can experience this new concept.
