Park Hotel is having a festive time with its curated Christmas and New Year’s menu. The hotel is nicely situated right beside IKEA and quite convenient with a few small shopping centres around it.

At The Carvery, they have delectable delights such as the following: Iberico Pork Belly Porchetta stuffed with Chorizo and Apple, Spit-roasted Chicken with Orange and Rosemary, 28-Aged Dry Aged US Black Angus Prime Ribs (weekends only), Roast Turkey, Catalan Seafood Stew, Buttered Brussels Sprouts, Parsnips and Carrots, Red Mullet Fish with Mojo Verde , Squid and Olive Salad, Sukalki Beef Ragu and Turron Trifle. Those who intends to dine at The Carvery during the weekend gets to enjoy a whole Spanish Suckling Pig. This range of meat at The Carvery is literally #goals, suitable for families where everyone can get their preferred meat. Iberico Pork Belly Porchetta and 28-Aged Dry Aged US Black Angus Prime Ribs are highly recommended and must-haves here.

They have many desserts here too to satisfy your sweet tooth after a belly-rubbing dinner.

The Carvery’s buffets cost $45 and upwards and $58 and upwards for lunch and dinner respectively.

At Aqua Luna, you can get Spain’s national alcoholic beverage – “Sangria!” With every order of 2 orders of the White Sangria, it costs $28.80++, customer can enjoy a complimentary snack of either Spanish Style Garlic Prawn or Iberico Ham and Chorizo.

Lastly, you can get your coffee fix at The Coffee Belt – “Iced Spanish Coffee” at $8++. This coffee has two shots of Ethiopian Espresso, cold brew coffee, spiced syrup, Dark Rum and crushed turron bits (Spanish nougat – mi love, always warmly welcomed in my arms) over wispy peaks of whipped cream and a cinnamon stick. This drink is good for those people who love themselves some coffee and at the same time alcohol.
