First Joe & Dough Full Dining Concept Outlet At Holland Village

The 90-seater café is the largest Joe & Dough outlet and the first outlet to offer all-day dining menu in Singapore. On top of the specialty coffee and handcrafted bakes, the Holland Village outlet will be serving all-day brunches and mains. With 8 all-day brunch items, 8 mains and 5 mains, you can spend your entire noon or day in cozy café.

Smashed Avocado with Apricot Confit [$12]

Smashed avocado, apricot confit, onions, sesame seeds
on sourdough toast served with greens on the side. You can add $3 for a layer of smoked salmon in between the generous portion of apricot confit and avocado.

Short Ribs Mac & Triple Cheese [$20]

24 hours slow-cooked grain-fed beef short ribs on elbow pasta tossed in housemade blend of 3 different cheeses, mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan. The short ribs is more on the sweet side and soft while the cheese blend surprisingly does not taste very cheesy.

Nachos Tater Tots [$9]
Melted and gooey cheese poured all over the tater tots with black olives, roasted corn, sweet relish and spring onions. If that is not enough, it is even topped with tartar sauce.

Signature Gula Melaka Pandan Cake [$6]

Moist pandan infused butter cake with an uppermost layer of Gula Melaka with a bed of snow white desiccated coconut.

Mixed Berries Mascarpone Chocolate Noel Cake [$6.90]

Chocolate sponge cake rolled with mixed berries and light mascarpone cheese, slathered with chocolate ganache.

Signature D.R. Joe 1914 [$6.40 (Large)

When you are not sure what to get, the signature drink is always a safe choice. This coffee is quite thick, rich and creamy.

Housed in a two-storey shophouse, this marks a first for the brand to open a store beyond the Central Business District and shopping malls. Adding on to the list of brunch cafes lining up Holland Village, it is worth a visit to try and be one of the first few to try their brunch items and mains.
