Lady M is famous for its mille crêpes and known for its perfect layers of crêpes. Pretty sure those that visit Lady M would often order one of the many crêpes on the menu. Keeping up with the trend of people being health conscious and what they eat in general, Lady M now has a new vegan tart!
Vegan Chocolat Tart [$11.50]
The very first vegan offering from Lady M is now added onto the menu, taking into consideration the increasing trend of consumers going vegan. The gluten-free chocolate tart base is filled with rich salted caramel sauce, topped with vegan dark chocolate ganache lined with cacao nibs.
Yuzu Cheesecake [$9.50]
A seasonal favourite that has come back to stay permanently on the menu. The top layer is cream cheese infused with yuzu peel and puree while the bottom is a simple vanilla sponge cake. Refreshing and bound to be gone in a few bites.
Salted Caramel Mille Crêpe
Another seasonal favourite is also back! Chocolate crêpes are layered with salted caramel infused pastry cream, garnished with buttery glaze and cacao nibs. The saltiness and sweetness of the crêpe is really addictive.
Lady M has started a new concept for their tea where they have inserted cake pairing and tea layering suggestions so that customers can immediately order without racking their brains.
Saffronais [$7 per pot, +$2 for layered teas]
Refined bittersweet honey notes of Spanish Saffron, Tibetan Safflower and Bamboo Leaves. Suggested cake pairing is Signature Mille Crêpes and tea layering are Cherry Japonais, Jasmine Silk Pearls, Milky Oolong.
The Gingerbread Latte [$7.50 (hot), $8 (iced)]
Spicy and sweet gingerbread flavours infused into coffee and steamed milk, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with gingerbread cookie creams and cinnamon powder. Featured above is the hot gingerbread latte that is good for a cold and snuggly day.
It is indeed great news for those who have been yearning for their seasonal favourites to come back as you get to eat it every now and then when you crave for it. Also, if you have friends that not able to find vegan desserts to satisfy their taste buds, Lady M is the next stop to bring your friends!
