Unagiya Ichinoji’s two new dishes, launched in conjunction with the restaurant’s first anniversary! The two dishes are Unagi Tantan Men and Ichinoji Mixed Box, which are available for a limited time only from 19 April to 20 May 2019.
Unagi Tantan Men [S$19.80]
The ramen noodles are soused in a thick and velvety chicken broth that has been blended with peanuts and sesame paste. To add even more flavour to the broth and ramen, spicy minced pork is given on the top. In addition to that, there is a seasoned soft-boiled egg on the side too. Accompanying the ramen is a side of a small bowl of unagi rice as well as unagi chawanmushi and Japanese pickles. To change the usual combination of unagi and rice, it is first for unagi to be paired with ramen. Perfect for those who love their ramen and unagi!
Ichinoji Mixed Box [S$36.80]
As the name suggests, this traditional shokado bento has the restaurant’s signature unagi, fresh kaisen tuna, salmon and hamachi, fresh Japanese ikura and charcoal-grilled Kagoshima A5-grade wagyu. Similar to the Unagi Tantan Men, it is also served with unagi chawanmushi and Japanese pickles. If you love Japanese food, you can get all the good stuff in a single box!
Pei Pa Koa Cheesecake [S$6.50++]
This dessert is available exclusively at the Eat At Seven outlet at Suntec. The base is Pei Pa Koa yoghurt panna cottaert layered with crushed digestive biscuit and USA cream cheese with Hokkaido milk. At the topmost layer is a melange of mascarpone, sour cream, cream cheese and an invigorating drizzle of Pei Pa Koa. This dessert is very rich and thick in texture so it can come off as a little dry. Only 50 cups are available daily.
Hurry down to get your share before the limited offerings are over and receive a S$20 voucher when you dine in from 19 April to 20 May 2019.
