Father’s day is just tomorrow, have you thought of where to bring your superhero for a nice meal? I tried a 4-course meal at Caffé B at 64 Club Street this evening and it was a delightful time! We had their specially curated menu, check out below.
Started with a selection of warm bread with Olive and garlic butter.
Octopus Carpaccio which comprises of sliced octopus served with cucumber, orange slices, tomato and Tosazu Jelly. We found this dish to be really interesting, octopus was fresh, chewy and goes well with the refreshing notes from the orange and vegetables.
This is the 2nd course, this Sword Fish Calamarata is actually a large ring-shaped pasta and fried swordfish tossed in Arrabiata sauce. I love my pastas al dente and this was nicely cooked to-the-bite.
Lamb rack, served with Cauliflower purée, rosemary and eggplant caviar. I am not a huge fan of red meats but this lamb rack was really tender and flavourful. I love how succulent this lamb is, it would make a great dish for your meat-lover dads.
We also tried the Fried Chicken (not in the Father’s day menu), so if you do not take lamb, you can request to have it changed. The meat was juicy and well marinated!
