Hard Rock Cafe is celebrating CNY with a Fortune Salmon Menu that has salmon and only salmon. The menu consists of Salmon “Yu Sheng” Salad, Pan-Fried Atlantic Salmon and Sweet & Sour Baked Salmon.
Salmon lovers can look forward eating these salmon dishes that have been specially curated for the special season and will be available from now till 28th February 2019.
Salmon “Yu Sheng” Salad [$25.95]
The salad is more on the sweet and tangy side with the salty smoked salmon. Similar to a classic Yu Sheng, there are shredded vegetables and fruits like radish, carrots, greens, green apple and tangerine.
Sweet & Sour Baked Salmon [$34.95]
Strong fragrance of coriander, onion, lime and thai sweet chilli glaze all stop the oven baked salmon gives the dish an asian flavour. Those who enjoy Thai or Indonesian cuisine will like this dish as it is very closely associated.
Pan-Fried Atlantic Salmon [$34.95]
The sweet and soft pumpkin mash acts as a cushion for the pan-fried salmon. Surrounding the salmon is tangerine sauce that adds a refreshing taste.
As for the drinks, we have the Hibiscus Prosperitea, Jade and Mandarin Mule from left to right. All available for a limited period till 28th February 2019. The first drink is non-alcoholic while the other two contains alcohol.
Mandarin Mule [$23.95]
The intense orange smell from this drink clears and refreshes one’s mind. Not just the orange flavour that comes from Absolut Mandarin Vodka and orange juice, Fever Tree Ginger Beer also serves as a perk-me-up.
