IPPUDO Singapore Presents its Latest Seasonal Ramen–Rich Curry Tonkotsu Ramen! IPPUDO have been coming up with new flavours that are available for limited period of time to keep customers coming back for more. The flavours that they come up with, are catered to the Singapore palate hence most of time, it is spicy and addictive.
Unlike the usual Japanese-style curry which leans towards the sweet side, this bowl combines the hearty flavours of three different types of Japanese curry, the rich spices of South India such asmasala, cumin seeds, and cayenne peppers and fresh coriander as well as IPPUDO’s signature tonkotsu broth.
If you realise, you can see fried burdocks roots, red and yellow peppers, spinach, tamago and chashu on top. The chashu slice is slathered with house-made barbecue sauce before being grilled over high heat. It is then seared with a torch to give off a smoky flavour.
This seasonal ramen is available at S$17++ for a limited time from15th March till end May 2019at all IPPUDO outlets except IPPUDO Shaw Centre outlet, and IPPUDO Express outlets at AsiaSquare, Changi Airport Terminal 1 and 2. Do note that it is priced at S$19++ at IPPUDO Marina Bay Sands outlet
There is a very limited number of bowls available everyday so make sure you are one of the first few in the queue during lunch hour because it will be gone in minutes.
