Paradise Group has again outperformed themselves with the additional outlets for their Ramen joint – Le Shrimp Ramen. 2 more outlets have now opened in addition to the first one at Paragon , and they are at The Star Vista and Changi Airport Terminal 3 (Public Area).
Le Shrimp is a Japanese Broth Chinese La Mian Concept and this new seasonal new dish is the one we tried today – Trio Tossed Ramen. This very unique shrimp broth is the first and only Chinese La Mien Concept in Singapore unifying the Chinese and Japanese culinary influences.

This dish is packed with seafood flavours and is an all-in-one experience for the seafood lovers. The sauce to coat the al dente noodles has a nice salty comfort food flavour, with a rich umami taste of fresh prawns, mildly spicy which is yet brings another layer to the senses. Fresh prawns are peeled, ebiko prawn paste, prawn dumplings, cucumber strips and cabbage toppings. Are you hungry yet?
The stock of the prawns is what i loved the most. Extremely full in flavour, simmering for more than eight hours with premium conpoy for an umami note, star anise, cinnamon, clove an white peppercorn is added too. I particually loved the smoky aroma with every spoonful of soup tasted.
Available sides here at Le Shrimp Ramen include Prawn Dumpling with Chilli Vinaigrette($10.90), Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls, Braised Beancurd in Tonkotsu Broth, Chilled Silken Tofu with Century Egg, and Long Jing Tea Lava Egg, and range from $1.90 to $18.90. You may opt to top up $3.20 to complete your meal with an appetiser and a drink with every noodle order.
We got ourselves each a Vinegar Drink – Sour Plum and Apple Flavour and i must say i liked both equally well. The drink complements the heavy flavoured meal with its tangy finish.
