Smoked and seasoned Baby Back Ribs infused with a American Bourbon BBQ sauce. This is served with french fries, homemade coleslaw and classic mac & cheese. This portion can be shared between 2 or 3 people.
Tequila & Lime Chicken Fajitas
Chicken marinated in tequila and lime then grilled and seasoned with Tex-Mex stale spices served with red pepper, a roasted corn salad, grilled jalepenos and onions.
Bourbon Brownie Shake [$26.95]
A boozy blend of bourbon, brownies and vanilla ice cream finished with whipped cream, salted caramel swirl and a mini house-made chocolate brownie.
Mango Ginger Mojito [$24.95]
A fusion of light and aged rums combined with the flavours of mango, lime and fresh mint, then topped with ginger beer.
