The Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s Festive Collectible Christmas Tree

This towering Christmas tree is five metre tall and made of over 500 Fullerton’s Festive Collectible teddy bears. This magnificent creation will enter Singapore Book of Records as the tallest tree made of teddy bears in Singapore. Donning the traditional Santa costume and hugging a mini present bag, this year’s Fullerton Santa Bear will retail at S$28 nett each at The Fullerton Shop located on the lobby level of The Fullerton Hotel. S$10 nett from the sale of each limited edition Fullerton Santa Bear will  be donated to Reach Community Services.

General Manager of The Fullerton Hotels & Resorts, Cavaliere Giovanni Viterale, Singapore’s first MasterChef Zander Ng as well as renowned celebrities Li NanXing and Deanna Yusoff gathered together for the special night on 23rd November 2018. They whipped up a scrumptious holiday feast for guests during “The Fullerton Knight & Stars Charity Cook-out”. The Charity Buffet Dinner was priced at S$98 nett per adult and S$25 nett from each adult dining patron partaking of the Charity Buffet Dinner will also be donated to Reach Community Services.

In line with the Christmas in the Tropics buffet theme, Li Nan Xing attracted many older female fans with his signature Assam Fish. While Deanna Yusoff, MasterChef Zander Ng and Executive Chef Michael Gremer and his culinary team shared their own signature dishes. They are special Chicken Liver Pate, Wagyu Beef Rendang paired with Nasi Uduk and Fullerton’s Christmas signatures such as Nasi Lemak Turkey, Manuka Soy Glazed Champagne Ham with Spiced Pineapple Chutney respectively.

Their buffet is extensive and full of different types of quality seafood and meats. All of them are cooked in different ways so your entire family can dine them with something for each and everyone of you.

They have lobster, sashimi, sushi and many types of seafood. Eating a few lobsters would make the money you paid worth it and not to mention the amount of different meats you can get here.

With delicious cooked food like the the above salmon and ribs that is heavily coated with rich gravy and sauce, you are bound to be satisfied with the spread here. There is a roast section with chicken, ham and beef.

There are also rice and vegetables if you are all about having a balanced meal.

At the pasta section, you can customise your own pasta with your preferred pasta type and sauce. You can also try the pasta that is mixed with the melted cheese at the core of the cheese block.

The Town Restaurant really has a commendable and quality spread of food that you will not find lacking at all. Expect yourself to keep going for more with a few favourites that you have in mind while feasting at your table.
